Jason Boley
Co-Founder and Co-CEO (CEO), BOMAC
Jason Boley has spent his career bridging the gap between business and purpose, seeing the marketplace as just as sacred as any religious space. With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, he has thrived as a top 1% sales professional, launched and sold his own mortgage company, Turbo Loans, and helped multiple employees step into business ownership themselves.
As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of BOMAC, Jason is on a mission to disrupt the mortgage industry by putting loan officers first. He believes they are independent business owners and should be paid like it—keeping 100% of their hard-earned commissions. After selling his company in 2023, Jason saw an opportunity to strip away corporate waste and create a streamlined, high-value model that benefits the people actually doing the work.
At BOMAC, he combines his experience, creativity, and passion for generosity to build a platform that supports loan officers, maximizes their income, and helps them grow thriving businesses.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, building meaningful relationships, and exploring new ways to bring purpose into the business world.
Michael McIntyre
Co-Founder and Co-CEO (CEO), BOMAC
Michael McIntyre is on a mission to transform how individuals and businesses perceive their potential. A trailblazing entrepreneur in the insurance industry, he built the Addison Agency into a $3B+ powerhouse, training and mentoring thousands of top-performing sales leaders. After selling Addison, he led other successful ventures, including Benefits America and 24/7MedPlan, driving substantial growth.
Now, as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of BOMAC, Michael sees this venture as another vehicle to create more millionaires. He is also the Co-Founder of MCINTYRE Inc. with his wife of 39 years, Stacye. Through Next Level Experience, Michael helps people from all walks of life step into their full potential, break through limiting beliefs, and embrace transformation. In his coaching, he focuses on executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
Throughout his varied career, spanning sales, business leadership, and consulting, Michael has helped over 175 individuals achieve millionaire status by equipping them with the tools, strategies, and mindset for success. A sought-after speaker and author of The Authentic Salesman and Next Level Life, he has worked with top organizations, including the Dallas Cowboys and American Equity Life.
Michael and Stacye live in Dallas, Texas, where they’ve raised three wonderful daughters. When he’s not coaching or building businesses, he enjoys running and traveling.
Brianna McIntyre
Chief Operating Officer (COO), BOMAC
Brianna McIntyre is the COO of BOMAC, ensuring loan officers have the systems, support, and resources they need to succeed in a 100% commission model. With a focus on operational efficiency and growth, she helps create a seamless experience for loan officers looking to maximize their earnings and build their businesses.
With eight years of leadership at MCINTYRE Inc., Brianna brings experience in business operations and leadership development, applying strategic problem-solving to help professionals scale. A graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a bachelor’s degree in history, she is committed to streamlining processes and fostering a high-performance culture at BOMAC.
Outside of work, Brianna enjoys traveling and spending time with her family in Dallas, Texas.
